Let me introduce myself, my name is Marilyn Malave and I’m a licensed real estate salesperson, REALTOR® with Prudential Rand Realty in Stony Point, NY. I work and live in this area and I love it. I love its beauty, but most of all the warmth its people. I’m very proud to call it my home.
Now before I get all choked up I want to tell you a little about what I want my blog to be about. I want to talk about Rockland County real estate and neighborhood news plain and simple, from selling and buying tips, to current market conditions, to the local fair (all the things that come with home sales and community in this area). As a real estate agent I noticed that there are few places where people can get local information, so I just thought…”Why not blog about it?” and here I am.
