Nyack NY Halloween Parade This Sunday October 26, 2008

Save the date for the parade. The last time I went to the Nyack, NY Halloween Parade, I had soooo much fun. The costumes and floats were amazing, and my kids had such a great time. There were so many spooky and cute costumes, but my favorites were all the cute babies. I am so there this Sunday, you be sure to come on down and say hi! I’ll be the scary witch (how original huh?).

Rockland County NY Market Report For October 2008

for the villages and hamlets of Rockland County, NY.

for October 2008. These numbers are very different to

the ones I gave last month, in fact some of the numbers

are pretty outrageous but remember all home sales

are factored in to come up with the final average price.

All homes and locations are different and it would not be

wise to use this as a way to get the value of your

home. You would need a more accurate method to

know your home’s market value.

Rockland County Weekend Events For Oct 11 & Oct 12, 2008

These are the street fairs and events happening this weekend in Rockland County NY.

When I went to the Nyack street fair last time I stopped at a little frozen yogurt shop called Hello YoGo on 92 Main St. They had green tea frozen yogurt that was really great, it’s very similar to Pinkberry’s frozen yogurt down in NYC. If you go to the street fair this weekend stop by and get some I promise you’ll love it (my favorite is the green tea with granola YUM!)

Nyack / Suffern Street Fairs 9/7/08

I love this time of year because of all the fun things it brings, especially all of the street fairs and festivals. I love walking around meeting people and bumping into friends. Here are a couple of great street fairs that are happening this Sunday the 7th. Go check them out I’m sure you’ll love them too!

Teddy Bear, Ben the Magic Man, the famous YO-YO man with illusionary arts. Food is available both on the street and in Suffern’s many eating establishments. A petting zoo and pony rides will also be included in the days activities.
